Meditation, part.1
This is the practice of focusing the mind, and it encompasses a wide variety of spiritual practices.
You can do moving meditations, seated meditations, open-eyes meditations, close-eyes meditations and more. All is good.
Meditation enables:
• Personal development
• To achieve inner peace
• To improve your health
• To enhance the quality of your life
• To release stress and frustration
• To develop your Intuition
• To increase spirituality
- Open your psychic ability
and more….
There are many ways to do it, and a wide variety of people who approach this technique differently.
The simple way to start meditating is to take a deep breath. This is the most powerful tool and you can use it in many ways.
Focus your attention on your breathing. Take a long, slow, deep breath and notice where you feel it in your body. Do you feel it in your chest? Your nose? Your throat? Your stomach?…
As you breathe in, breathe relaxation. Slowly breathe out anything unlike relaxation. Slowly settle down into yourself like a leaf gently floating in the wind.
Gently focus your attention on your breath and let go. Deep within you lays a place that is always at peace and at ease. Allow yourself to connect with it now. Go deeper and deeper breathing, feel it as it moves in and out of your body. Focus on it; with each inhalation, allow yourself to become more relaxed, more at ease and peace.
This will help your brain to produce alpha waves, which help the artists with inspiration to paint, to sing, to compose.
For some people this is “levitation” for others “hypnosis.” However, the truth is that your brain creates your experience of life with chemicals and electricity. This phenomenon enables the mind to have visualizations or guided meditations. However, first, you have to allow yourself to do it.
